High-level cuisine

Did you know that cooking at high altitude works differently? At 2,000 m, water boils at just 93 °C – so pasta, rice, potatoes, and the like take longer to cook. And when baking, dough rises much faster due to the lower air pressure. But don’t worry: our kitchen team is experienced in “high-altitude” cooking and serves perfectly prepared dishes for your Italy half board holidays.

Breakfast
A successful holiday day starts at the breakfast table. Choose a spot in our wood-paneled parlor and enjoy the buffet to your heart’s content before heading off on your adventure.
Daily from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM, enjoy many fresh and regional delights such as cheeses, yogurt and cold cuts, eggs, butter, honey and jams, various breads and pastries, crisp fruit, and, of course, your choice of hot beverages.

Dinner
Regional specialties with a touch of Mediterranean influence await you in the evening in your Italy half board holidays. Our 3-course menu is complemented by a varied and healthy salad buffet, giving you a vitamin boost for a good night’s sleep and the next day’s adventures. We welcome you daily between 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM in the parlor.

And in between?
When hunger strikes at midday, you’re usually somewhere in the mountains. Fortunately, the best Alpine restaurants are right there! In the huts of the Alpin Arena Schnals, the friendly hosts serve you the best… The restaurant with a sun-drenched panoramic terrace at the valley station also invites you to linger and enjoy.
